Advocates For Victims (AVV) is dedicated to providing confidential services toward the goal of ending violence in the home and in the community. Services include crisis intervention, advocacy with medical, police, court, etc., services immediate safety shelter, counseling, educational presentations and training to community & schools, outreach area services, volunteer training, lending library of books and videos.
We provide counseling, information, education and referrals for children, adults, families and couples. Services are confidential and provided regardless of race or ability to pay.

Providence Valdez is a rural health organization made up of a critical access hospital, a nursing home and a behavioral health center. The health facility complex also include an adjoining medical office building.
